Terra Property Management, as one of the largest association management companies in the valley, is uniquely set up to take care of all aspects of an association. Our highly skilled staff has extensive construction experience to maintain, repair, and improve our clients’ properties. In addition to taking care of the common areas, our staff under the direction of our Field Supervisor, Rick Osenga, can assist individual owners with personal projects on a case-by-case basis.
